MDP Publicity has provided support for food outlets for numerous hotel and resorts while integrating the F&B component into the total resort experience. Expertise extends to spa and Ayurveda menus, stand–alone restaurants, signature restaurants at resorts and hotels, bars and clubs, and celebrity chef promotion.

Among these programs, the Agency's work for Atelier, at The Ritz–Carlton New York, Central Park, garnered a Golden Bell Award from HSMAI a mere six months after its opening.

Chef Dean Max's cuisine at 3030, at Marriott's Harbor Beach Resort & Spa, was sampled by many media as were the diverse food offerings at Sofitel Washington DC Lafayette Square, and the Lenôtre Cooking School in Paris through "tasting" meals and receptions. We have also arranged television appearances, and organized and hosted chef– prepared dinners for media and NYC foodies at the noted James Beard House.

MDP Publicity has arranged press trips to Finland where the focus was food and design. As a result, participating writers developed an appreciation for the culinary delights of reindeer, cloudberries in addition to cutting–edge Scandinavian glassware and clothing.

MDP Publicity's work with the Kingdom of Navarra, Spain helped leverage awareness of the region's gastronomy and wines through a VIP wine dinner, promotion of a wine and olive oil tasting event, and New York City Restaurant Week.
